RhB freight transport lecture
Freight transport on narrow-gauge tracks in Graubünden still exists today. However, the variety of rolling stock and general cargo transport are long gone. We take a look back at the tracks of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, when metre-gauge goods trains were part of everyday life on the Graubünden state railway. Werner Hardmeier and Gian Brüngger are opening up their extensive photo archives and inviting you to a virtual review with a live stream instead of the familiar specialised lectures.
The access link and the chat will be activated from 18:45. Participation is free of charge for all interested parties. A voluntary donation is very welcome, as our organisation has to forego a large part of its planned activities. We are particularly dependent on donations so that we can still fulfil our many archive tasks. Many thanks to all those who will be our guests on Wednesday and support us during this special time.
We would like to apologise most politely for the failure. The chosen technology played a nasty trick on us and unfortunately did not deliver what it promised. But we will not capitulate.
The presentation has been finalised and written and we will share it with you. We ask for your patience for a few more days and will then make a new attempt on another channel.
We will be happy to inform you about the new date as soon as we know more.
